The Bartlett Family Adventure

The Bartlett Family Adventure is all about the moments that take my breath away as I grow in the glory of God, and live my life to the best of my ability while raising two rowdy boys. This blog is not just about me, it also includes stories of my family's daily adventures. We home school our boys, are trying to grow our fruits and vegetables, we are all on a journey to God, we are trying to live sustainably, and most importantly love the life we lead. Sometimes we stumble, but mostly I like to think we prevail. I am blogging to keep a sort of shared journal. Our life may be messy but it is perfect.

Inspiration

I was looking through lap books and unit studies to do with the kids. Something to shift "school work" from boring to fun or at lest give us a breather from everyday work. I found one called the Scripture Adventure a twenty-one day activity to memorize bible verses So I decided to download it and give it a try. You know they are crafty and very smart with verse order. I am going to share it with you. I looked it up in two bibles our King James version and the New American Catholic reader edition.

Today's verse is

Joshua 1:9
I command you: be firm and steadfast. Do not fear or be dismayed, for the Lord, your God, is with you wherever you go.

I hope your day is filled with Wonder, Love and Laughter.
