The Bartlett Family Adventure

The Bartlett Family Adventure is all about the moments that take my breath away as I grow in the glory of God, and live my life to the best of my ability while raising two rowdy boys. This blog is not just about me, it also includes stories of my family's daily adventures. We home school our boys, are trying to grow our fruits and vegetables, we are all on a journey to God, we are trying to live sustainably, and most importantly love the life we lead. Sometimes we stumble, but mostly I like to think we prevail. I am blogging to keep a sort of shared journal. Our life may be messy but it is perfect.

Pajamas

I finished my first pair of Pajamas for James. All in all I am pretty happy with how they turned out.

I did not have the right material to finish the collar. So I winged it. I am proud that I managed to match some of the dinosaurs on the collar with the shirt but I hid the real size of the collar. I am so ashamed, ok not really ashamed. I feel like it was a lesson I would have never learned other wise. So I am going to take the collar off and fix it. As soon as I have some wine to help me through the process of seem ripping. C'est la vie.

I hope that your day is filled with love and laughter. Be well my friends.

    1. Girl Pajamas are super easy! Nightgowns, Hello. The boys would never go for it...

    2. Oh my gosh, so easy! I don't know, make a long night shirt and cap, like Scrooge wore!

    3. I do not think that the boys would fall for a long night shirt.
