Rush
rushing
the time is here
the clock has chimed

I am waiting
to see your blue eyes
to feel your warmth
in a sweet embrace

Tick Tock

My heart is beating
my lungs are breathing
in my stomach butterflies
are singing

My love is not hiding
let me whisper
dark promises
worth repeating
in the moonlight

The clock keeps ticking
while I watch
out the window
for your return

My love is waiting
