I forced myself on the treadmill by saying just get it done. I can do this. But really I mostly did 4.5 which is a fast walk for me. I did run at 7 for two whole minutes, and jogged at 5 for 5 minutes but really I walked on the treadmill. The the phone rang and I swear I almost praised god for sending me a diversion

Over or under? Why?- Under not for lack of trying I had two servings of the Enchilada Verdes for breakfast. One at 8 and the other at 10:30. I know it looks like I skiped a meal but really I had brunch too.
The best part of today - It is always Nap time.
The hardest part of today -Getting my but on the treadmill, I was glad when the phone rang so I had to get off.
Food Cravings - Enchilada Verdes, it was so good!
Best Advice of the week - Tomorrow is a new day.
Exercise - I did a 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 18 minutes. Not good But the important part here is I got on the dreadmill.
