Well I have done really well so far on this diet. The truth is I didn't give up all of my coffee. I am drinking 1 cup a day which for the record is a lot better than the half a pot I was drinking before. Today I woke up and all I could think about was bread. A hot piece of toast smothered in butter. Or fresh warm homemade bread. I think now it is going to be hard for the next few days. 12 more days on this cycle then I can add beans to my diet. I officially dislike dieting.
I weighed myself to see if there was any change and I am 163 which is what I decided my starting weight would be. Bummer I was hoping for a drop in weight to justify not eating bread. 12 days to lose hopefully 5 pounds.
